Refund policy

We only offer exchanges on damaged goods, on a case by case basis.

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if your products or product packaging gets damaged in transit, we will consider sending you a replacement.

Contact us straight away at hello@kemptownprovisions.com providing your name, order number and the reason for your return and we'll endeavour to put things right as fast as possible. Please provide photographs of the damage, as this may help us to resolve the situation quicker for you.

We will let you know how to return your item. Please do not return anything without contacting us first or unless we have asked you to do so.
