Shipping policy
We want all our customers to be entirely satisfied with the service they receive and love their products from Kemptown Provisions. As a business founded on the values of love, trust and kindness, we strive to deal with all orders efficiently and in-line with our own high standards.

UK Delivery
Our UK orders are typically packed and sent out on a Monday and Friday by Royal Mail. We expect them to arrive with you within 3–5 working days under normal circumstances. Orders placed on a Friday may not be processed until the following Monday. All delivery charges are calculated and displayed at the checkout.
- We charge a flat rate of £3.00 for UK Postage & Packaging on any orders, no matter what the size of your parcel is.
- We are unfortunately unable to deliver to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and International addresses at present.

Returns and Exchanges
We only offer exchanges on damaged goods, on a case by case basis.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if your products or product packaging gets damaged in transit, we will consider sending you a replacement.
Contact us straight away at hello@kemptownprovisions.com providing your name, order number and the reason for your return and we'll endeavour to put things right as fast as possible. Please provide photographs of the damage, as this may help us to resolve the situation quicker for you. We will let you know how to return your item. Please do not return anything without contacting us first or unless we have asked you to do so.
